A graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Brittany has over 13 years of economic modeling, valuation, and financial feasibility expertise.

A proven resource for both public and private sector entities, Brittany’s expertise encompasses advising on the development and management of large infrastructure projects in the areas of operational, performance, and profit enhancement.

Beginning her career as a municipal finance analyst at an international Wall Street firm, Brittany provided client coverage and transaction execution support to raise debt capital for state and local governments. As a Realtor® at Brown Harris Stevens, she applies her strategic market assessment and financing structure skillsets to assist her clients in making the most informed real estate decisions to maximize the total value of their investments, while minimizing losses and risk.

Entrenched in her community, Brittany serves on the Board of Directors for the Miami Children’s Museum, MCCJ (Treasurer), the Liberty City Optimist Club, and the Miami-Dade County Public Schools STEM Advisory Board. She is also affiliated with a number of professional and civic organizations including The Links, Incorporated, and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, among others. A Miami native and eldest of three siblings, Brittany is a member of New Birth Baptist Church in Opa-Locka, FL and a member of Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity.
